    K. Lakshman Rao, K. Shankar, S. C. Anil Kumar and Subramanya G. Hegde are Chartered Accountants with strong audit skills, business domain knowledge in the areas of Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance and Services sectors, besides holding additional qualifications (Indian & overseas) in Information Systems audit. They bring with them more than ten decades of combined Audit and Consulting experience across varied business segments.

    Ravi C. Rao and Dr. Sudhi H. Rao bring in a combined experience of more than four decades in the areas of software development, Enterprise Resource Planning and IT adoption for different business verticals. Ravi Rao is an Engineer and has worked on banking solutions at a globally reputed software company. Dr. Sudhi Rao earned his Doctorate from the US and worked for leading consultancy companies before starting his own ERP development enterprise. At HSL Infosec, the duo will address the technology aspects of IS Audit & Consulting Assignments.

    K. Narendra is a graduate in commerce and has over two decades of successful business development experience in the IT and Pharmaceutical sectors. He has also worked with BPO companies in the commercial and marketing areas. At HSL Infosec, he looks after business development.
